PROBLEMS IN INNISFREE RETAIL

The problems in innisfree retail store that I would like to focus on are as follow; 

• Display issues
• Circulation and poor layout
• Lack of lounge area
• Lack of beauty testing area

DISPLAY ISSUES

Innisfree has minor display issues that involves the display unit being slightly low or unnecessarily high that the products are displayed in an inefficient manner. 

CIRCULATION AND POOR LAYOUT

Traffic occurs at the aisle and at the cashier till. This is due to poor product layouts and layout planning. Items are often display near the cashier and the aisle are close to each other - causing the traffic. 

LACK OF LOUNGE AREA 

It is a complain that the consumer are asking for a lounge area provided as they often comes with plus one.

LACK OF BEAUTY TESTING AREA

Most innisfree outlets does not have an area where it is solely for testing the products (beauty studio) - they only have small mirrors attached to the display units.
